This website is owned and operated by Natural Sensation. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors a resource to the Natural Sensation product line as well as information regarding the line of Natural Sensation products. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. The prices we charge for using our services for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Natural Sensation, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the services and products. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Natural Sensation assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein. Quality Assurance: Natural Sensation products are always made with love & care, using time-tested recipes, and the utmost focus on quality and effectiveness. Occasionally, there may be differences from batch to batch in color, scent, or consistency due to the natural fluctuations in our wholesome ingredients. For instance, shea butter can be harder or softer, or have different scents; one crop of lavender may yield higher potency than a previous season. Even barometric pressure or humidity in our production kitchen can effect how a batch turns out! These slight differences are part of the customization that comes from using handmade products! Product Safety: Natural Sensation products are natural and nourishing. Of course the normal caveats for allergies apply; children and adults with sensitive skin or allergies should patch-test in a small area of the skin first to make sure there’s no reaction. With scented products, in particular, be careful not to apply to irritated or broken skin, and if any irritation occurs, discontinue use. Shipping: Most orders placed on our website ship the following business day after they were placed. Larger or more complex orders may take longer; but 1-3 business days is always our goal. You will receive an email on the day after your order ships, so you will know it's on its way! We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

Return Policy

Return/Refund Policy: Returns and/or exchanges of unopened items, with receipt, will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase date. If it is past 30 days from your original purchase date or if the contents of your order have been opened or used, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  All returns will be thoroughly evaluated and reviewed for eligibility of a refund.  If, after the review process, it is determined insuffecient cause, your return claim will be denied.  If the the return meets our criteria of being in the same exact condition as when our products are sent out, then we may issue a refund or partial refund.   If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your package so we can work to rectify it. If any part of your order arrives damaged on delivery, you must contact us within 7 days (or sooner if possible) of receiving your order with photographic proof of damage so that we can file and insurance claim with our delivery provider.  Once the claim is approved (if and when applicable) we will either replace or refund the portion of your order that had arrived damaged due to negligent shipping.  We reserve the right to discontinue any insurance claims for those who may attempt to abuse this policy.

Our Privacy Promise: We will not do anything with your personal information aside from using it to streamline your shopping experience, ship your order to you, and occasionally email you a coupon, site update, or product update if you opt-in to our mailing list. That's it. Period. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party.
